We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. All sale merchandise is final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or order cancellations for sale merchandise.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item by following our return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All our shipping rates are calculated at checkout, please enter your shipping address to determine the shipping cost. Shipping costs for orders totaling $100 or more are free.
Please note free shipping is only available on orders within the United States.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package has reached your shipping address, Legend of Lido is not responsible for lost or stolen goods or packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we hope to offer shipping to our international customers in the near future.
